Terms & Conditions – V & V Arena

Ground Usage & Timings

  • Teams must arrive at the ground at least 20 minutes before the scheduled slot.
  • Full balance payment must be cleared before the match starts.
  • Teams are required to strictly follow the allotted time schedule to avoid interruption of subsequent slots.
  • In case of delays, time adjustments (if any) will be as per management discretion and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellation is allowed within 48 hours of the booking date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot will be charged full ground fees.
  • Advance amount is non-refundable and non-adjustable in case of cancellation.

Rain-Affected Slot Terms & Conditions

  1. Token Advance Charge

    • If the match starts and is abandoned up to the end of the 5th over, only the booking advance amount will be charged.

  2. Half Ground Fee Charge

    • If the match is stopped from the 6th over of the 1st innings up to the end of the 5th over of the 2nd innings, 50% of the ground fee will be charged.

  3. Full Ground Fee Charge

    • If the match is stopped from the 6th over of the 2nd innings onwards, full ground fees will be charged, as the result is expected under the D/L Method.

  4. Match Not Started Due to Rain

    • If the match does not start at all, the advance amount will be adjusted to the next available slot.

  5. 50-Over Match Charges

    • For 50-over matches, an additional charge of ₹650 per hour will be applicable.

Winter Slot Terms & Conditions

  1. Due to winter conditions, heavy dew is expected on the ground until 10:00 AM.

  2. Management will make best efforts to reduce dew; however, some dew presence is unavoidable.

  3. Morning slot teams must start matches sharply at 7:00 AM and aim to complete by 10:30 AM.

  4. Delayed starts may impact teams booked for subsequent slots, especially the 3rd slot.

  5. Teams playing morning slots are required to bring a Turkish hand towel or cotton cloth to wipe leather balls.
